Hi, I'm Ben.

I have been selling Original PWD Brands, Jungle Juice and other Premium Blends on my other major websites since 2001.

Over the years I have had many Customers relate stories of poor Customer Service experiences from other vendors. This have always puzzled me. Because, quite frankly, I do not understand how this could come to pass when I consider the simplistic nature of fulfilling my Customers orders.

Success in this business truly is quite simple:

1. I don't sell what I don't have.
2. I check my emails.
3. I pack your order at my earliest opportunity then I ship it out next FedEx pickup.
4. And most of all, I respect my Customers privacy.

During the last 15 years I have successfully filled over 70,000 orders online. Many of my Customers have been with me that entire period.

With this experience I have come to understand my Customers needs when it comes to buying fresh, potent blends and delivering them discretely and privately.

• Buy direct from the manufacturer and rotate my stock weekly. Any stock that is not moved to my Customers I wholesale out to other online vendors or brick and mortar establishments.
• Never sell your information to third parties.

• Only call you to correct order or shipping issues.
• Never handle your credit card information. Your card will be billed as BUYFROMBEN.US
• Provide a secure environment for your transaction.
• Provide next business day shipping of your order.
• Provide accurate and timely tracking information - you will know when your order is arriving.
• Keep our channels of communication open to answer your questions or concerns.

In short, I strive to provide my Customers with the best online shopping experience available.

While you will certainly find slightly less expensive suppliers online you can rest assured that when you purchase from me I will have what you ordered in stock and I will be prepared to ship your order out the next available FedEx pickup date along with detailed tracking information for your delivery time.
